Shocking Service. Unfortunately I didn't get names of the staff working the particular evening. Forgot my garlic bread argued with me that I got it . The member of staff had left it in the oven and burnt it to a crisp. No apologise from that particular staff member.
Shocking service. Really atrocious.Lost our order, charged us and then told us the new one would take an hour. When I said I should have been told that before I paid, they said they could have it done in 10 minutes. When I returned they said they had lost it again. Shocking, they were not even able to issue a refund to my card, had to give me cash. Terrible management and poorly trained staff loads of customers waiting an hour or more. No one received food while I was there. Have never seen such an incompetent team in my life. Not even an apology.
I waited 35 minutes for a portion of chips. I asked 20 minutes after waiting and they had lost my order. Finally got the chips after waiting another 15. Not even an apology. And to top things off, the chips were undercooked so I couldn’t even eat them 🥴
